As we continue to grow, we are seeking to hire a dynamic and motivated Billing specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of client bills for assigned clients and matters. • Prepare/Review/Process monthly invoices
• Manage the status of accounts and balances thorough reports on billing activity with reliable data to identify inconsistencies.Adhere to strict timelines and invoicing requirements prior to invoice submissionsRespond to client inquiriesReview pre-bills, generating accurate invoices and encouraging cyclical billing practicesRegularly follow up on unbilled accounts, ensuring that all functions are completed timely and with high service levelsAssist invoicing team and perform other accounting functions as neededQualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in non-medical billing and customer account maintenance.
  • Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to self-direct, prioritize tasks and work with minimum supervision and with Individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This position is Full-Time (currently in office).
