Billing specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the
accurate and timely preparation of client bills for assigned

position starts at $54k depending on experience and education. We

ADVANCEMENTResponsibilities:Prepare/Review/Process monthly
invoicesManage the status of accounts and balances thorough reports
on billing activity with reliable data to identify
inconsistencies.Adhere to strict timelines and invoicing
requirements prior to invoice submissionsRespond to client
inquiriesReview pre-bills, generating accurate invoices and
encouraging cyclical billing practicesRegularly follow up on
unbilled accounts, ensuring that all functions are completed timely
and with high service levelsAssist invoicing team and perform other
accounting functions as neededQualifications:2+ years of experience
in non-medical billing and customer account maintenance.Strong
computer skills and proficient with Microsoft OfficeAbility to
self-direct, prioritize tasks and work with minimum supervision and
with Individuals at all levels of the organizationExcellent written
and verbal communication skillsThis position is Full-Time
(currently in office).
