Responsibilities:
Implement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek,
and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long-term
relationships as a reliable financial service professional
Create customized financial plans using the products and services
we offer based on each client's potential life and financial
needs
Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life
insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial
products
Participate in educational meetings or seminars relevant to client
risk tolerant and financial objectives for research prior to
offering sound financial advice
Use a CRM to organize each client's financial status, goals, cash
flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual
financial plan
--- Network within your community, build relationships
--- Understand the needs and financial concerns of clients
--- Assess clients' potential life and financial needs and create
and implement an individualized plan that can include investment
solutions and protection solutions.
--- Educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially
so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/
circumstances they may encounter
--- Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term
financial goals
--- Cultivate relationships with a view to helping every family
member or individual pursue financial security
--- Build and expand your practice through establishing
professional networks and prospecting for new clients
--- Implement social media and other marketing strategies to
identify, seek prospects with you you can foster strong, long-term
relationships
--- Provide compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate
life circumstances arise
--- Focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with
clients, resulting in trust and continuity of community over
time
--- Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term

--- Increase your knowledge within the financial industry and
achieve specializations following the New York Life training
curriculum
Qualifications:
Must have effective relationship management skills
Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients
is a must
Candidates need to be able to communicate complicated concepts and
maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity
--- Must possess uncompromising integrity
--- Growth mindset, this is a lifelong learning position
--- An enterprising spirit is a trait for success
--- Sales experience is strongly preferred
--- Desire to make a change and help people as you grow your
career
--- Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks
and contacts
--- Coachable and willing to learn is a must
--- Valid FINRA Series 6 or7 & 63/66 preferred but not required
--- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a
similarly related field. Work/Business experience can be
substituted for a college degree
--- Customer service, Sales, Educational, or Consulting experience
a plus
