About the RoleAs the Financial Analyst on the Finance team, you will be working cross-functionally within Brivo's Accounting, Marketing, and Sales groups as well as across the entire Company's organization. This position is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, digs deep to find answers, and looking to gain Company-wide exposure.You will also be expected to:Provide financial analysis and reporting of Company performance and initiativesResearch and provide recommendations on critical business decisionsMonitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variancesLeverage multiple disparate data systems to gather data for well-rounded and thoughtful analysis and reportingContribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting processesAnalyze project expenditures to ensure alignment with strategic objectivesProvide company-wide support in analytics, research, and forecastingAbout YouBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting1+ years of relevant work experienceComfortable working with large Microsoft Excel data files where Pivots and Vlookups are requiredMust be able to reconcile and support output reporting back to original source dataStrong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to boil down concepts, trends, and financial results into simple visual presentationsMust be able to independently extract data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, Production .csv files, etc.) and effectively summarize the raw data into meaningful, actionable informationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with limited oversightAbout UsBrivo is the global leader in mobile, cloud-based access control for commercial real estate, multifamily residential, and large distributed enterprises.
