Get Well's digital engagement tools connect patients to the information they need, when they need it, resulting in better outcomes and creating a more equitable healthcare system for all.Our Finance team is looking for a Revenue Accountant with strong technical, strategic, and operational skills to handle all aspects of revenue accounting and to assist with process improvements and system enhancements. This position is key to our accounting operations, and the individual in this role will have a broad range of interactions throughout the entire organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a flexible and fast-paced environment. -Location: - This is a hybrid role based out of our Bethesda, MD office. The ideal candidate will live in the Washington DC metro area and commute to the office 3 days each week. We have a modern office environment conducive to team building and collaboration located in downtown Bethesda, close to restaurants, gyms and the Metro. We meet in the office 3 days each week in order to collaborate and participate in training, coaching and team projects. - -Responsibilities:

• Assess customer contracts to confirm the period in which revenue should be recognized in accordance with ASC 606
• Complete monthly reconciliation of key general ledger accounts related to revenue, deferred income, deferred compensation and any other accounts under areas of responsibility; identify, document, and resolve anomalies
• Collaborate with our FP&A team during month-end close to analyze Contracted Annual Recurring Revenue (CARR), revenue forecasts, etc.
• Prepare the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) analysis and provide explanations for significant/unexpected month-over-month changes
• Implement system enhancements to track deferred income, prepare reports etc. utilizing NetSuite ERP system
• Support management in providing necessary support and analysis for external inquiries
• Provide requested information and documents during the annual financial statement audit
• Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established procedures and standards in an efficient manner and with minimal supervision
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned -Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA license or CPA candidate preferred
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition guidelines
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite, Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle or other financial ERP systems
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn; analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to stay organized in physical and digital spaces
  • US citizenship or permanent residency required

Base salary is dependent upon many factors including, but not limited to, education, experience, and skills and this range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
