Job Description:

3+ years of experience in: Windows Server Administraion
Good to have - AWS, SPLUNK, BigFix, ServiceNow

• 
  
• Work from onsite 5 days a week
  
• Hands on experience on Service Now and its process to meet SLA response and restoration.
  
• Direct experience installing and configuring in a Windows server working with network protocols and services including Windows Server 2008/12, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS.
  
• Troubleshoots legacy Linux, Windows and ESX server and OS issues
  
• Executes a planned program of virus updates, patch and service pack management, including testing, deployment staging, and documentation
  
• Support for the Windows Server and Virtualization Infrastructure, the audit and compliance and server hardware
  
• Frequent status update to Client and Supervisor.
  
• Co-ordinate with other teams to resolve the issue. Ex: Infrastructure issue
  
• Performs research, analysis and fix issues to meet current and future user requirements.
  
• Meeting the Service levels for resolution of reported application issues.
  
• Answers questions from the business as well as provide adhoc queries when requested
  
• Functions as a technical resource for other team members
  
• Documents and reports the activities to the customer.
  
• Creates, Maintains the Standard Operating procedures
  
• SOP Creation, Review & Retire of all application
