Job DescriptionDescriptionSAIC is seeking a mission-driven
candidate looking to help keep our nation safe. We are currently
recruiting an Intelligence Operations Administrative Specialist on
a long-term funded project who will work on an interdisciplinary
team under minimal supervision. The Intelligence Operations
Administrative Specialist will provide direct support to NMEC
leadership, derive critical data and information from across
multiple information systems to prepare or review input to routine
data calls, and prepare and disseminate memorandums and talking
points to support the NMEC Director and Chief of Operations in
engagements with counterparts, senior leaders, and foreign
counterparts.The right candidate will be comfortable and competent
in routinely engaging with senior leaders and staff to
independently work, based on received guidance, to execute tasks,
activities, collaboration, and communication critical to
operations. Best candidates will practice continual prioritization
and orderly task management with a high level of attention to
detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment faced
with sometimes competing requirements. An understanding of
intelligence operations and activities as well as a developed
interest in current national security dynamics and issues will
ensure the candidate can provide meaningful value-added input and
informed initiative to carry assigned tasks and activities to
successful completion.A specific example of required tasks is:*
Working with Center, Division and Team Leadership to produce a
biweekly operations brief, ensuring the brief is scheduled,
coordinated, prepared in advance, notifications are sent, slides
disseminated, and the briefing is on time.* Following briefing
completion ensuring results are reviewed, corrective actions
identified, and any needs for future briefs are documented and
disseminated to refine processes and ensure the high quality of
future briefing content and presentation.* SAIC will fill this
position with a self-motivator comfortable operating in a position
of high visibility and with maintaining meticulous performance
standards.Qualifications* Requires an active TS/SCI with CI Poly*
4+ years of administrative support experience* 5+ years of overal
professional experience* Experience working with Sr. level
officials* Demonstrated very strong oral and written communications
skills* Proficiency with MS Outlook for meeting and event
scheduling* Proficiency with Drafting/Authoring of Reports, Memos
and Correspondence* Proven experience and capability using MS
Office Suite with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint*
Experience leading collaborative interorganizational and
cross-organizational activities /projects; including orchestrating
the planning and in-progress reviews necessary to meet
milestonesPreferred requirements:* Knowledge of DIA organization
and/or military structure* Previous briefing experience* Knowledge
of eTask or similar Agency tasking system* Bachelor's degree and/or
four years of related work or military experienceCovid Policy: SAIC
