Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites
applications for a Executive Assistant II to join our Executive
Leadership department. This position is a FULL-TIME opportunity
based out of our regional office located in Washington, D.C with a
hybrid work model . Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group is
comprised of more than 1,700 Permanente physicians and nearly 300
staff professionals who come together to make a positive impact on
the health and lives of more than 800,000 members in Virginia,
Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Reporting to the Senior
Executive Assistant / Administrative Manager , the Executive
Assistant II serves as a trusted partner to senior MAPMG leaders,
enabling operational excellence through proactive support, sound
judgment, and exceptional attention to detail. This role requires a
high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to
manage complex, competing priorities in a fast-paced executive
environment. The successful candidate will anticipate leadership
needs, facilitate seamless workflows, and represent executive
offices with poise and credibility. Key Responsibilities In this
role, you will: Provide comprehensive executive-level
administrative support to senior MAPMG leaders, handling sensitive
and confidential matters with discretion Manage and optimize
complex executive calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic
priorities, deadlines, and commitments Prepare and draft
correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials using
advanced Microsoft Office applications Coordinate logistics for
executive meetings, leadership events, and organizational forums,
ensuring all materials and resources are prepared in advance Serve
as a primary point of contact for executive offices, exercising
judgment to triage inquiries, schedule engagements, and facilitate
communication Arrange executive travel, accommodations, expense
reports, and timesheets with accuracy and efficiency Collaborate
with fellow executive support professionals to ensure continuity,
best practices, and seamless coverage Engage with physicians,
staff, and Kaiser Permanente members in a professional manner,
applying strong customer service principles when addressing
inquiries or concerns Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
preferred Minimum of three (3) years of progressive administrative
or executive support experience , preferably supporting senior
leaders Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and
projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication
skills Exceptional professionalism, judgment, discretion, and
integrity Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the
Washington, D.C. metropolitan area Must be able to commute to
Washington, D.C, a minimum of two days per week. Occasional travel
to local medical centers may be required, depending on leadership
needs. Must provide documentation of the Covid vaccine 2-dose
series (or J&J 1-dose) prior to October 1, 2023, or
documentation for 1-dose of the most current Covid vaccine (Pfizer
or Moderna) as a condition of employment Must provide documentation
for the influenza vaccine as a condition of employment Competitive

annual salary for this position ranges from $70,551.25 to $80,000.
depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and
qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job
experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In
