manage creatives related to Paid Social & Organic Social, working
directly with our performance marketing team and Creative Director.
You will need to acquire a deep understanding of our target
audiences and their customer pain points and use this knowledge to
own the ad creative development, conceive new ideas and report
learnings.Your target is ultimately to deliver better
Click-Through-Rates and better Return on Ad Spend across all our
Paid Social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google,
YouTube), as well as to support the Organic Social team in reaching
the best Engagement Rates on all our Organic Channels (Instagram,
Youtube and TikTok especially).To nail your job you will:
- Own Ad Creative Development for Paid and support OrganicWrite
up creative briefs for Paid Social and coordinate the execution
with all stakeholders (Performance Marketing, Brand and Creative).
You own the process from idea to post-mortem.Support Organic Social
with new ideas, give honest feedback and be a part of deciding
which campaigns to launch on Instagram and TikTok. You will affect
the strategy we execute.Work closely with the Creative team to
execute new photo- or video shoots that supply Paid Social and
Organic Social with new creatives every week.Take part in aligning
creatives and messaging across all the brand's touchpoints: Paid,
Organic, CRM, Ecomm, Influencer. Build bridges between teams.
- Conceive creative ideas that result in high-ROI on all
platformsFacebook: Deliver the creatives that take us to $2M
monthly ad spend (ROAS 2.3+) by end Q4 2021TikTok: Deliver the
creatives that give us the breakthrough (TOFU ROAS 2+ at
$180K/month scale) by end Q4 2021YouTube: Deliver the creatives
that let us build a full scale creative testing setup (test 3 new
videos/week) by end Q4 2021Organic: Deliver ideas that achieve best
in-class Engagement Rates
- Be a brand steward for establishing top performing design and
copy standards across key customer acquisition
touchpointsEstablishes and maintains high internal quality by
originating creative ideas, managing project timelines, adhering to
Creative Briefs, ensuring consistency of strategic branding across
all print, digital and social media mediums.Open to feedback and
continuous improvement to produce the highest quality
content.Developes and maintains style guide and copy templates that
