Possession of personal hand tools and a drill, to be brought to the site daily for use. Reliable transportation and a collaborative team mentality are essential. Ability to handle physical workloads and adapt to various maintenance tasks. Additional Details: This is a full-time position with the opportunity for permanent employment.
