A part-time Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available to provide supervision and support within a K-12 school environment. This itinerant role involves working primarily with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across multiple school locations, overseeing a caseload of approximately seven RBTs. The position requires a candidate with strong experience in virtual supervision and a valid BCBA license, focused on delivering quality behavioral services. Location: Virtual position supporting schools in Mesquite, Texas area (itinerant across district sites). Duration: Contract position starting ASAP through May 28, 2026. Part-time commitment with 10-14 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide effective, virtual supervision to approximately seven RBTs working in diverse school settings. Develop and implement behavior intervention plans aligned with best practices. Collaborate with school staff and families to monitor and improve student outcomes. Maintain compliance with licensure standards and documentation requirements. Utilize virtual platforms to conduct meetings, training, and progress monitoring. Qualifications: Active BCBA license required. Experience supervising RBTs in virtual or in-person settings. Previous virtual work experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
