?JOB SUMMARYSupports the Identity & Access Management (IAM) function in Global Information Security organization. Ideal candidate will bring subject matter expertise and engineering skills relative to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies and support the MFA service offerings, daily operations, and continuous improvements, as well as contributing to the design and implementation of new MFA technologies and capabilities. This position will act as an MFA support point of contact for IT system administrators, Service Desk, service providers and application owners.
CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and ExperienceRequired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field
  • 5+ years of information technology industrial experience
  • 3+ years of solid experience in supporting MFA Cloud & on-prem solutions such as Entrust, Ping ID, RSA, Duo, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience in Directory Services/LDAP, Access Management/Federations/SSO
  • 2+ years of experience with UNIX / Linux, Windows, Cloud environments, databases/database servers, application servers, and network infrastructure
  • 2+ years of experience translating business requirements to technical requirements with strong written and verbal communication skills
    Preferred:
    • 3+ years of experience delivering results up to / beyond expectations in a highly matrixed, cross functional organization
    • 2+ years of experience in Entrust IDaas (Intellitrust) or other cloud SaaS MFA service
    • 2+ years of experience with implementing adaptive authentication policies and integrations.
    • 2+ years of experience with integrating IAM solutions with infrastructure and applications
    • Strong understanding of MFA constructs within Cloud environments (AWS & Azure)
    • Knowledge of industry best practices pertaining to MFA
    • Strong understanding of federation, access management, authentication & authorization, security, and provisioning of identity data.
    • Strong understanding of PKI and certificate management
    • Experience with scripting (Perl & PowerShell) and programming languages (Java & Python)
    • Experience with the security event and information management
    • Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and participating in decision making around new and emerging IAM/MFA technologies and should be able to support other areas of Information Security as needed
    • Experience in researching emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products
    • Current information security certification, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA) or Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)
      CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
      • Serve as an MFA support point of contact for the organization.
      • Support the daily MFA operations and continuous service improvements.
      • Define, document, and enforce MFA policies and procedures.
      • Monitor the MFA solution service levels.
      • Provide oversight for Tier 2 troubleshooting of operational issues with respect to MFA.
      • Work with the MFA service owner to design MFA solutions to adequately address risks throughout the Marriott SDLC process and confirm that the level of risk is acceptable in accordance with Marriott's policies.
      • Work with the IT security team to design, deploy, and integrate the MFA services; as well as implement and validate security controls for the MFA services.
      • Ability to effectively prioritize & execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
      • Work with stakeholders to plan to MFA new applications and users.
      • Oversee the identification and remediation of security events.
