This role is contingent upon award of the DoD CIO DCIO for Information Enterprise (IE) and SAP IT Support Services Task Order.The Cybersecurity Engineer Team Lead will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) providing support for cybersecurity and technical assessments within SAP IT and the broader SAP enterprise. Responsibilities include managing systems that process SAP, which may involve cross domain solutions, layered defenses, cloud/hybrid solutions, virtualization, AI/ML, and robotic processing. The contractor will support the Authorizing Official (AO) in system and enterprise-wide cyber compliance and risk decisions, and lead cybersecurity tasks on the contract.Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor cybersecurity personnel, guiding best practices and policies.
• Assign tasks, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
• Support Security Control Assessors (SCA) with industry best practices for security assessments, monitoring, detection, and remediation using standards-based methods.
• Provide RMF validation services for all customer-submitted RMF packages, evaluating for accuracy and compliance.
• Review security design documentation for compliance with DoD and federal regulations.
• Manage key A&A activities throughout the system lifecycle as part of the RMF process.
• Assess system boundary controls to ensure security controls are correctly implemented and systems interconnect securely according to policies.Qualifications:Required:
  • Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • BA/BS + 10 years relevant experience or equivalent experience.
  • DoD 8140 Advanced certification (e.g., CISSP).
  • Expertise in monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM) and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD cybersecurity frameworks like RMF, NIST 800-53, CMMC.
  • Experience with Zero Trust architectures and automated testing.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining software factories supporting rapid development and deployment.Desired:
