Engineersto supportenterprise-wideMicrosoft implementation and
maintenance projectsforlargeU.S. Federal governmentagencies.Ideal
candidates possess the technologyskills, curiosity, and experience
to drive Microsoft solutions through all parts of their
lifecycle.Role and Responsibilities: -Configure and manage
Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and services, including
SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and Outlook. -Support client
migrations from on-premises systems to M365. -Enhance security by
managing identities and access, implementing threat detection and
response, and overseeing data retention. -Implement and manage
virtual environments for desktops and servers. -Troubleshoot and
resolve issues with client systems and infrastructure. -Configure
and manage enterprise applications. -Define and implement
governance and policy changes. -Automate Office 365 processes using
PowerShell, with potential reuse of ISD solutions. -Conduct
application and workload migrations. -Ensure data protection,
including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and SharePoint security
measures.Required Skills: -The position requires the candidate to
be a US Citizen**Active Public Trust Clearance needed** -Minimum of
five(5) yearsof Tier II or three (3) years of Tier III Microsoft
M365 support. -Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services,
including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams. -3+
years configuring and administering Microsoft 365 environments,
including user management, security settings, and compliance
policies. -Experience in migrating from on-premises environments to
Microsoft 365, including data migration and hybrid configurations.
-Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security features, compliance
standards, and data protection measures. -Advanced proficiency
scripting in PowerShell for automation and management of Microsoft
365 tasks. -Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and
resolve issues within the Microsoft 365 environment. -Strong
written and communication skillsPreferred Skills: -Microsoft
Administrator and Azure certifications. -Experience in security
engineering with Microsoft solutions. -Understanding of networking
concepts and how they relate to cloud services and Microsoft 365
connectivity. -Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing models and
