What You'll Be Doing Assist in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment. Learn and apply safety protocols and procedures. Perform routine inspections and diagnostics. Collaborate with experienced mechanics to develop skills. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. What Are We Looking For Strong interest in mechanical systems and repair. Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Capability to work in various weather conditions and environments. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
