for a skilled HVACR Technician to join our team, providing heating,
ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration solutions in
Montgomery County and Washington DC. This role involves maintaining
residential systems for optimal performance and requires strong
technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Candidates will

we invite you to apply. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and
repair HVACR systems in residential settings. Diagnose and
troubleshoot HVACR equipment malfunctions. Perform routine
maintenance on HVACR systems to ensure optimal performance. Respond
to service calls and provide timely and effective solutions to
customer issues. Educate customers on system operation and
maintenance best practices. Keep detailed records of work performed
and parts used on service calls. Assist in training and mentoring
junior technicians as needed. Requirements High school diploma or
equivalent; technical training in HVACR preferred. Valid HVACR
Journeyman or Masters license and certifications as required by
local regulations. Strong understanding of HVACR systems and
components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics,
and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and
attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service
