Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our
team, specializing in operating Lathe CNC machines including Haas,
Gantry, and Mori-seiki. The role involves working with aluminum to
produce both short-run and larger batch parts. Responsibilities
Operate and set up Lathe CNC machines such as Haas, Gantry, and
Mori-seiki. Produce 1 and 2 off parts, as well as larger batches of
up to 100 parts in one night. Work with aluminum materials to
create structural aerospace components. Essential Skills 3 years of
experience in mill machining. Proficiency in CNC operation and
setup. Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft
software, Haas mill, and G&M codes. Experience in fabrication
within the aerospace industry. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with aluminum materials. Ability to efficiently

Environment Work in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment
where structural parts are produced. The position offers both day
and night shifts from Monday to Thursday, with an additional
weekend shift available from Friday to Sunday. The workplace is
focused on high-quality production and precision engineering. Pay
up to $38/hr Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire
position based out of Arlington, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range
for this position is $26.75 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements
apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification
and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
