Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to join our team and administrative support for the company's Chief Executive Officer and his Chief of Staff, with direct responsibility for scheduling, managing communications and emails, and booking travel. You will also have the opportunity to engage in strategic projects, supporting project management in service of the priorities of the senior executive team. Through your work you will facilitate the effectiveness of the CEO and the executive team, executing the overall mandate of the leadership team and supporting cross-functional strategic work across our organization.As a Senior Executive Assistant you will:Be the primary administrative partner to the CEO and Chief of Staff (expected to be -70% time):* Manage the CEO's busy calendar, balancing competing demands for the CEO's time through a deep understanding of the CEO's strategic priorities* Prioritize and track inbound communication to the CEO - meeting requests, emails, etc.* Own the Office of the CEO customer relationship management system for tracking notes, action items, meetings, and contacts.* Identify calendar conflicts for the CEO and Chief of Staff and independently resolve them using strong judgment and business context.* Arrange travel itineraries and coordinate travel arrangements (hotels, car rentals, flights, etc.)* Prepare and submit expense reports* Track action items, follow-ups, and tasks on an ongoing basisSupport project management and execution for special projects (expected to be -30% time):* Assist with planning and executing company and team retreats and events.* Support the Office of the CEO on governance, planning, and material development for major company meetings, including weekly all hands meetings, biweekly senior executive team meetings, monthly vice president leadership meetings, and quarterly board meetings.* Own content review and planning for weekly all hands meetings, providing feedback and presentation support to presenters* Embed deeply with the organization, identifying challenges leaders may be facing in executing our priorities, and serve as a thought partner to the Chief of Staff on identifying emerging issues and priorities for the CEO and the Company* Lead data analysis, reporting, and research projects on topics relevant to the CEO's priorities* Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned, including willingness to backup EA peersWhat We Value* "Black belt"-level organizational and time management skills, with ability to operate independently and understand business context and priorities* 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite executive* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong intuition for exercising discretion and confidentiality is a must* Experience with Google Apps suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.) preferred* Competency with data manipulation and presentation, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent* Proven experience creating board deck ready presentations* Willingness to be available after hours for late-breaking priorities* Bachelor's degree required; MPH, MBA or similar advanced degree preferred* Ability to work in our Bethesda, MD office starting in late 2021 preferred* Thinks beyond their immediate team and contributes to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in D&I efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)If you are passionate about transforming the healthcare system into one that best serves the needs of patients, doctors, and society, we'd love for you to join us!Who We Are:Aledade is a leader in population health that is using innovative, value based solutions to transform the way physicians interact with their patients.
