Job Summary: HiLabs, a high-growth healthcare AI company is looking for highly motivated and Customer Success Managers focused on the application of emerging technologies. We are looking for a customer facing Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master who can confidently lead a global scrum team focused on software and data engineering on Cloud Platform. The individuals who will join the new Evolutionary Platform team should be continually striving to advance engineering excellence and technology innovation. The mission is to power the next generation of digital products and services through innovation, collaboration, and transparency. You will be a technology leader and doer who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast- paced environment. Responsibilities: --- Serve as a single point of contact for customer during contract execution --- Build long lasting relationships with the customers --- Ensure customers have great experience, promote customer loyalty --- Evaluate and analyze customer needs and Sustain business growth --- Build trust and transparency with customers --- Onboard new clients --- Manage and co-ordinate project delivery between customer and technical implementation team --- Understand overall scope, create roadmaps, get buy-in from stakeholders --- Provide targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, risks and issues --- Track features, defects, and delivery timeframes and prioritize work accordingly --- Maintain sprint flow by managing risks and removing blockers --- Develop an effective change management plan ensuring that the required change is achieved --- Assist in effort estimation, forecasting and people management --- Guide teams to be self-organized, promote a collaborative team environment that foster creativity, innovation.Desired Profile: Mandatory Skills --- Strong educational background (degree in Computer Science or related field) --- Excellent leadership skills --- Ability to solve problems during project execution --- 10+ years of experience in Customer Management --- Background in US Healthcare industry --- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills (ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical teams) --- Ability to create and maintain project schedules, budget estimates, status reporting and risk management --- Ability to create and maintain hours estimations and resource plan --- Ability to analyse and develop efficient processes and procedures --- People management --- PMP Certified Preferred Skills --- Master's degree in related field or in Business Administration (MS or MBA) --- Sound foundational knowledge in IT infrastructure and architecture --- Subject Matter expertise in healthcare domain --- Certified Scrum Master and experience managing agile team --- Experience in JIRAThe HiLabs StoryHiLabs was born in the halls of Yale University when a cardiologist and an AI expert teamed up to tackle the data quality issue in the US healthcare system.
