Management and Training Coordinator.ResponsibilitiesAs a Quality
Management and Training Coordinator, you will be part of a
supportive nationwide team. Through the application of a unique mix
of experience, you will assist in quality management and scheduling
training, while collaborating with the Sedgwick Government
Solutions Quality Improvement team, Managers, Human Resources,
Technologies, and Client Services Departments. You will also be
responsible for drafting, finalizing, producing, and assembling
communications and program materials, as well as coordination of
new hire orientation and continuing education after onboarding.
- Draft, finalize, produce and assemble communications and
program materials, reports, and presentations for training and in
support of the QMS.
- Communicate effectively and provide professional support to
both internal and external clients.
- Create, develop and maintain files and records to support
ongoing ISO Certification.
- Track system users and ensure appropriate system access to the
internal audit tool.
- Schedule team meetings, document meeting minutes, and
associated follow-up activities.
- Provide general administrative duties including editing and
writing correspondence, coordinating quarterly and annual
reporting, and contact data maintenance.
- Is an effective team member; supports the team by pitching in
at any level and effectively working across the organization to
meet the needs of the business.
- Take ownership of personal actions and outcomes; encourage and
empower others to do the same.
- Embrace change; maintains an open mind and is flexible and
adaptable in the face of ambiguity and change.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adjust
priorities.Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or a
related field, education may be substituted with experience
including two or more years of experience in staff training,
administrative skills &/or quality management.
- Two or more years of administrative, training, or quality
management service experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while
paying strict attention to detail
- Work independently as a self-starter committed to delivering
the highest in customer service, quality, and results
- U.S. Citizenship
- Prior to hiring and training able to pass a preliminary credit
and background check
- Upon hire, a federal security clearance will be required
