Leads the staff responsible for Third Party Risk program administration and operation as well as the bank's BCM, ESG Program and Vendor Contract Management staff.Position Responsibilities: Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Bank's enterprise-wide Third-Party Risk Management Program. Development of this program shall include coverage for all the bank's business lines including, but not limited to the Fintech Division. Responsible for maintaining the bank's enterprise-wide policies and procedures for Third-Party Risk Management and the Business Continuity Management Program. Drives Business Continuity Plan development and reviews to include Business Impact Analysis, Plan Maintenance, and Training and Exercise Execution. Continuously evaluate business process plans, key technology and vendor dependencies, and recovery strategies to ensure resiliency. Provide leadership and direction to continuity and recovery teams during a crisis. Responsible for maintaining and improving the third-party management risk assessment process including but not limited to: Work with risk subject matter experts across all risk disciplines to incorporate risk assessment requirements into the third-party risk assessment process Design and optimize risk assessment questionnaires to support evaluation and rating of inherent risks Establish and maintain linkage between risk assessment process and required third party control reviews Work with stakeholders to incorporate new risk assessment requirements into Blue Ridge Bank's third-party risk assessment process Work with Blue Ridge Bank management to define requirements and enhancements to third party risk assessment tools Maintain risk assessment process documentation and support examinations of the third-party risk assessment process Monitor the effective operation of the third-party risk assessment process and identify opportunities for improvements Monitor industry leading practices for third party risk assessments to identify enhancements to BRB's process Assess regulatory changes impacting areas of third-party risk assessment to determine and implement any actions required Work directly with internal and external audit teams and examiners for Third Party Risk. Oversee staff responsible for the Bank's overall Business Continuity Plan. Oversee staff responsible for management of vendor contracts, document collection, and performs financial health analysis, SOC reviews, risk assessments, BCP reviews, and Cybersecurity analysis. Manages assigned special projects, serves as a liaison between Information Technology, the lines of business, and our external vendors. Collaborate with the Information Technology team and third-party service providers to maintain or implement new system services. Contribute to continuous improvement of development of best practices in areas of Business Continuity Planning, Third Party Risk Management and ESG, as well as design and development and improvement of processes. Prepare reports and assist with creating executive or board presentations as needed. Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally. To include, coaching and developing existing employees, supporting problem resolution, and translating corporate goals in functional and individual goals. Works with various departments in the bank to assist with the banks overall ESG Program goals and implementation. Other duties as assigned. Create value for the bank and its employees.
