Full Job Description The Operations Manager is responsible for operational side of the business by assisting VP in developing processes, procedures, and special projects
Main Responsibilities --- Develop strategies to optimize operational inbound and outbound efficiencies, including assisting VP in developing SOP's, training materials, operational checklists, inventory management etc. --- Manage dropship projects for various clients --- Pack and ship orders to customers when necessary --- Dispatch orders from drop shipping warehouse as needed --- Cooperate with clients on order fulfillment issues as needed --- Manage inventory through WMS --- Manage all inbound and outbound shipments --- Manage returns and product photography --- Manage assigned team within department --- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions --- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees --- Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis using analytical techniques, tools and models. --- Gather, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data of ops processes to determine and promote data driven business decisions --- Prepare/collaborate on presentations, reports, etc. --- Interpret results of analysis, present recommendations, alternatives, and implications --- Utilize performance measurements and indicators to identify areas for improvement; develop process improvement plans for each performance indicator or area identified. --- Interact with sites/departments, --- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the LePrix Code of Business Conduct --- Other duties as assigned

Requirements: --- BS/BA in related discipline required --- Experience in operations industry required --- Experience working with project management platforms or equivalent is required --- Demonstrated experience communicating with and influencing higher level leaders --- Experience presenting to Senior Executives --- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management --- Experience budgeting and forecasting --- Familiarity with business and financial principles --- Excellent communication skills --- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint --- Excellent soft skills such as: interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative, allowing candidate to work effectively with teams throughout organization
