With most of their work coming from repeat business, they have a good idea of where to allocate proper resources for their teams.If you're interested in joining a company that is a top place to work that is rapidly growing, apply today to be immediately considered.Responsibilities:Solicit new vendors for projects as well as create relationships with architects, engineers, owners and other stakeholdersOversee RFIs and submittals from assistant project managersAssist APMs and Site Supervisors with scheduling inspections, communicating with subs and proper documentationMaintain all construction drawings, submittals and other necessary paperwork and distribute to the project management teamVisit job sites to ensure that timelines and schedules are being adhered toPrepare final punch listsEnforce company safety programRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar field2+ years of experience working on ground up, commercial construction projectsOSHA 30 Hour certifiedCPR/First Aid certifiedWorking proficiency with latest construction technologies included but not limited to: Microsoft Office 365, Primavera, Procore and BIMExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLEED accreditation a plusUpon Offer:Competitive base salary commensurate on years of experienceBonus based on both individual and company performance, typically between 10-15%M/D/V benefits offered by employer401k with 3% company matchExcellent training and development program for employees at all levelsClear promotion targets3 weeks PTO startingAdditional benefits
