All current and newly hired employees are required to follow onsite safety measures based upon the COVID-19 Community Level at the specific work location.Description:Looking for an innovative, strategic thought leader to help shape and lead the execution of our enterprise strategy toward OneLM Culture Transformation along with leading the Future of Work team which focuses on how we move the workforce, workplace environment, and ways of working forward in partnership with LMForward and 1LMX. This is an exciting time to shape the charter around our multi-year strategy of how we will intentionally focus efforts of defining, assessing, and continuing to maximize the enterprise culture that we need to support our collective mission, business growth, and employee engagement. The concept of Growth Mindset, which has been nurtured by the Future of Work team for the past two years, will continue to remain a central component of our culture transformation. This leader will continue to mature our Growth Mindset adoption strategy from education to experimentation and application with further pollination out to the business areas and Community of Practice champions. This leader will have the opportunity to use influencing skills and techniques to garner support for the vision/strategies and partner with senior executives and the Business Areas in successful implementation. This leader will closely partner with the other senior HR leads across Enterprise Performance Management & Culture, as part of Corporate Talent & Organization Capability (T&OC), including performance management, employee insight/organizational surveys & employee engagement, and change management. This role may also have the opportunity for broader work across Corporate T&OC, including organizational effectiveness and/or change management support.Specific Job Responsibilities Include: Planning & execution of charter and milestones for OneLM Culture Transformation Working with employee insights/org surveys and performance management teams, employ organizational assessments, data modeling and feedback mechanisms to develop organizational effectiveness strategies that will close gaps from current to desired future state Partner and collaborate with the 1LMX, LMForward, Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent and Organizational Capability (T&OC) organizations to ensure alignment of OneLM skillset, toolset and mindset Prepare and empower the enterprise to adopt and model OneLM capabilities in the daily flow of work Lead vendor research on culture development and milestone planning in addition to future of work topics Define evolution strategy for Growth Mindset to move toward experimentation and embedded application along with transition of training and content to on demand learning and development resources Define model for ongoing centralized Community of Practice and engagement mechanisms led by Corporate as well as organic offerings in the business areas that can be further shared and leveraged Embrace and employ new ways of doing work, role-modeling the effective use of mindset, skillset and toolset needed for the futureBasic Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant psychology or business major such as business administration, human resource management, organization development, organizational behavior, or industrial-organizational psychology. Experience leading or supporting culture change and organizational effectiveness principles Experience deploying change management, team effectiveness, and/or organization design processes/tools Project management experience with good attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience managing multiple high visibility projects Ability to think strategically as well as deploy detailed tactical, results-driven implementation plans Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive presentations Strong interpersonal and consultative skills (i.e., ability to influence, ability to establish and maintain strong networks and relationships, ability to interact with all organizational levels with credibility, and ability to manage conflict with key stakeholders that results in desired outcomes) Strong business, political, and social acumen with ability to work successfully at all levels starting at the top with senior corporate executivesDesired Skills: Knowledge of transformational change leadership principles and techniques Knowledge and demonstrated application of organization effectiveness principles such as management and leadership development principles, culture assessments, organizational assessment methodologies/tools, coaching and consulting, OD principles, and relevant OE metrics and analytics Experience working with Agile teams and structures Experience with research and data collection methods Change Management certification Clearance Level: None Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
