Accounting Manager Calibre CPA Group is seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager to join our team. The individual will lead and manage multiple client engagements in our Accounting and Financial Services Department and deliver quality service to our clients. This position offers excellent opportunities for leadership and career advancement. Our office is located directly across from the Bethesda Metro station (red line) and travel will be predominantly in the DC Metro area. Responsibilities Working as a temporary CFO/Controller for our clientsReviewing and approving client budgets, monthly financials, journal entries, back reconciliations, etc.Training and mentoring staff and conducting reviews of their workBuilding new and existing client relationships and demonstrating knowledge of client businessManaging multiple clients, budgets, and production goalsQualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or financeCPA certification5+ years of public accounting or Controller experience3+ years of supervisory experienceExperience working with benefit funds, exempt organizations and small businesses PI208161040
