This person will provide overall direction and completion of real estate development projects. They mist be able to plan, coordinate, and organize with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the construction project to ensure time and cost.Client DetailsMy client is a vertically integrated real estate company specializing in affordable and mixed-income housing. The company provides expertise across all multifamily disciplines, including acquisitions, development, design and construction, energy and sustainability, property management and social services. Description

• 3+ years' of Construction Management experience
• Hybrid opportunity: This candidate will be commuting to the office once a week, and will be traveling to projects in east coast 5 times a month MAXIMUM
• Must be comfortable with presenting to architects and directors to speak about forecasting,and presenting progress reports
• MUST have multifamily experience, multi-family rehab/renovations would be a plus, would consider senior/assisted living candidates
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including MS project and the ability to read drawings and specs is required Profile* BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field required* Ability to work in a team environment* Willingness to travel max 5 days a month for project visits* Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors* Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully* Knowledge of architectural, structural, and/or MEP systems* Exceptional communications skills (written and verbal) and intuitive interpersonal skills Job Offer
