  • 5 years of experience in managing government contracts.
  • Strong writing skills and extensive experience with contract preparation and negotiation
  • Direct experience working with Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts, Consulting Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Reseller Agreements
  • Extensive knowledge of government contracting issues at the federal, state, and local levels, including administration of government IDIQs.
  • Knowledge of FARs and DFARs and federal reporting requirements.
  • Experience with an in-house compliance program (ITAR, FCPA, EARS, etc.).
