Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting and auditing functions. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial reporting, internal controls, and audits.Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial reporting process and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Manage the external audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Conduct internal audits and reviews of financial reporting and internal controls
• Provide accounting guidance to other departments and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Manage a team of accounting professionals and provide leadership, mentoring, and performance feedback
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the accounting and finance functions
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and prepare reports for managementPowered by JazzHR
