Job Description:
Position Summary: Were seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to
be an integral member of the team who will define, implement and
oversee project management processes in accordance with client
engagement execution environment. Candidates with strong consulting
experience with governmental agencies are strongly preferred. The
ideal candidate must be a self-starter that can perform well
independently, interact with clients professionally, and
collaborate with diverse internal and external teams. The candidate
will be responsible for prioritizing and driving team performance
as well as being the primary interface with the customer. The
candidate must demonstrate leadership in an Agile software
development environment. Were looking to hire someone who has
strong leadership, communication, analytical, time, and customer
management skills. This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:Own and drive strategic client engagements
leveraging structured program governance process and measurable
program performance indicatorsEngage with client key stakeholders
and enable collaborative communication model for proactive risk
mitigation and value articulationManage remote delivery teams
including offshore resourcesUnderstand existing technical and
political landscape and drive discussions to create a win-win
scenarioCollaborate and work with cross-functional business and IT
teams for solution design and implementation of new
capabilitiesEffectively operate with multiple stakeholders and
constituenciesCollaborate with multiple projects and oversee
multiple streams of work/projectsMentor and coach delivery team for
best practice implementation using collaborative discussions.Serve
as Salesforce champion for projects within the client environment
for allocated account(s)Participate in Salesforce practice
development by championing engagement processes, solutions designs
and practice areasCreate and present professional business
presentations as part of ongoing client engagement and other
practice needsEffectively engage and communicate with senior
executives both within client organizations and persistent
executive teamRequired Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree in
Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Business Management
or related field.Minimum 7+ years of experience at Enterprise-level
Project/Program Management and GovernanceMinimum 5+ years of
managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations Experience leading
Project Delivery using Agile Scrum methodologyRequired:
PMPRequired: Certified Scrum MasterHighly skilled in driving and
managing business discussion including Planning, JAD, Scope
Management, Process, and Change Management discussionsKnowledge of
other technologies in Salesforce ecosystem like CPQ, MuleSoft,
etc., desirableCross-functional ability to assist in business
analysis, design, and testingAbility to review and provide
recommendation for design document based on industry best practice
and agency needsProject Management experience using Waterfall,
Agile, and Iterative processesBudgeting, Estimation and Projection
Management for the assigned business/accounts. Effective resource
allocation and billability managementFamiliarity with Industry best
practices in software and solutions developmentStrong written and
verbal communication skillsAbility to convert concepts into
professional documents including but not limited to professional
presentations.Desired Skills and Experience: Experience with JIRA
and Confluence is preferredHighly Preferred: Salesforce Certified
System Administrator Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
and/or Salesforce Community ConsultantOther Salesforce consultant
certifications (Sales, Marketing)Experience managing remote teams
and client strongly preferred.Experience working with state and
local government or social services agencies is a big plusClearance
