strategic thought partner and project manager to help lead the
execution of our enterprise strategy toward OneLM Culture
Transformation and the Future of Work in partnership with LMForward
and 1LMX. This is an exciting time to be a part of our multi-year
strategy to intentionally focus efforts of defining, assessing, and
continuing to maximize the enterprise culture that we need to
support our collective mission, drive business growth, and enhance
employee engagement.
The concept of Growth Mindset, which has been nurtured by the
Future of Work team for the past two years, will continue to remain
a central component of our culture transformation. This role will
help continue to mature our Growth Mindset adoption strategy from
education to experimentation and application with further
pollination out to the business areas and Community of Practice
champions. This role will closely partner with the other areas
across Enterprise Performance Management & Culture as part of
Corporate Talent & Organization Capability (T&OC), including
change management, performance management, employee
insight/organizational surveys & employee engagement.
Overall, the ideal candidate for this role should be an adaptable
and collaborative professional, with a passion for culture
development, change management, and a proven track record of
successful program and project management. They should possess
strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage
and influence a variety of stakeholders within the organization
ranging from individual contributors to senior executives.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
--- Serve as primary project manager for OneLM culture
transformation and Growth Mindset
--- Work closely with Sr. Manager to design and execute our OneLM
culture transformation model of governance, define project roles
and timelines, and partner with the Business Areas to achieve
successful implementation
--- Work with Sr Manager Culture and Future of Work to support the
development and oversight of OneLM culture transformation
governance model for optimized process, communication, and
decisioning during the multi-year evolution
--- Work with the change management, culture POCs, and project
management resources within EOHR, T&OC HR, 1LMX, and LMForward
to ensure the communications, training, and change management
resources are being effectively leveraged to support the BA's as
they evolve
--- Coordinate with BA culture leads and other stakeholders to
drive consistency and best practices in resources, thought
leadership and communications where possible
--- Track progress, identify KPIs and identify risks within the
BA's and work with EO, LMForward and 1LMX teams to ensure solutions
are identified and executed, as well as escalated when
appropriate
--- Maintains governance and connection rhythms for growth mindset
champions and the evolution of the community of practice
--- Partners closely with corporate T&OC change management
lead, communications partners, and other project managers to ensure
project execution and adoption on both workstreams
--- May conduct organizational assessments to identify workforce
needs
--- Partner with internal and external resources to ensure success
of workshops and solutions
--- Ability to create communications that are tied to distinct
audiences, including executive level

Basic Qualifications:
- Extensive Project management experience including complex,
multi-dimensional projects that could involve multiple workstreams
(or sub projects) and a large range/variety of stakeholders
- Experience with culture and behavior frameworks
- Experience with HR systems and processes
- Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, oral and
written communication skills, organizational skills, and experience
managing high visibility projects
- Demonstrated experience with strong systems thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Demonstrated experience with gauging audience needs and
delivering effective presentations
- Proficient in strategy creation and implementation, with a deep
understanding of business acumen.
Desired Skills:
- HR Experience within various business areas at LM is strongly
desired
- Approx 5 years' experience working with culture and behavior
frameworks
- Experience working on transformation initiatives with executive
audiences
- Significant experience preparing professional presentations
- Experience supporting culture change and organizational
effectiveness principles
- Experience deploying change management, team effectiveness,
and/or organization design processes/tools
- Ability to think strategically as well as deploy detailed
tactical, results-driven implementation plans
- Experience working with Agile teams and structures
- Experience with research and data collection methods
- Change Management certification and PMP certification is a
plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work remotely full time at a
location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site.
Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic
meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or
Washington is $107,400 - $205,900. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer.

Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible
Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid
time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time
employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO);
receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences;
receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time
employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours
of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO
is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the
calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New
York City is $123,500 - $232,800. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer.
