Job Description:

Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Release Management & Integration Liaison SME .

Release Management & Integration Liaison SME Responsibilities:

- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external organizational, testing, development, and integration teams to coordinate and align inter-dependent activities, requirements, resources, challenges, and schedules, and manage and mitigate risk.
- Develop and maintain detailed release plans, schedules, deployment procedures, and integration specifications.
- Utilize Confluence and JIRA for documentation, task management, communication, and configuration control.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the release management and integration process.
- Facilitate positive communications and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Drive and facilitate internal and client meetings.
- Perform risk management; identify potential risks and dependencies associated with releases, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the release process.
- Perform continuous improvement; monitor release performance and metrics, analyze feedback and data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to optimize release management practices.
- Create, coordinate and maintain releases, release procedures, configurations, and dependencies, maintain accurate records of release activities, and ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate release status, progress, and updates to stakeholders, including the client, our program, development and testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the release process.

Release Management & Integration Liaison SME Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or three (3) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

• Minimum 4 years of concentrated experience as in/providing release management consistent with and correlating to the above Job Duties.
  
• Minimum 6 years of overall information engineering and systems integration experience .
  
• Highly Desired: SAFe certification.
  
• Preferred, but not mandatory: Experience providing IT services/support to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
  
• SCRUM or SCRUM Master certification.
  
• ITIL Practitioner certification.
  
• ITIL Intermediate certifications in Release, Control, and Validation (RCV).
  
• ITIL Intermediate certification in Service Transition.
