Your leadership will drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will collaborate closely with our team to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of surgical services.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of facilities and personnel.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.Requirements
  • Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position.
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
