Job Overview
The Senior Digital Business Manager leads web/app experiences, collaborates across functions, and mentors team members. Responsibilities include partnering with marketing and creative teams to deliver enterprise campaigns, analyzing data to optimize customer journeys, and driving digital strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute web strategies that support customer lifecycle stages.
  
• Analyze data and customer insights to inform campaign and site performance improvements.
  
• Identify experience gaps and develop deep customer insights.
  
• Design and implement tactics, testing, and optimization for web flows.
  
• Manage merchandising and customer segmentation strategies.
  
• Prepare project plans, impact forecasts, and performance metrics.
  
• Drive efficiency and automation initiatives.
  
• Communicate strategies and milestones to stakeholders.
  
• Champion optimal digital experiences as a customer advocate.
  
• Lead continuous optimization and share best practices across teams.
  
  Qualifications
  

• 
  
• Bachelor's Degree required.
  
• 7-10 years in Digital Marketing, Merchandising, or eCommerce.
  
• Experience with data-driven impact measurement and cross-functional project management.
  
• Experience in B2C commerce and industry-specific knowledge preferred.
  
  Skills & Abilities
  
  • 
    
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Web Content Management, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
    
  • Ability to develop customer segments and manage web content effectively.
    
  • Basic web development and SQL skills preferred.
    
  • Strong process improvement capabilities.
    
    Additional Information
    Travel may be required. The role offers a salary range of $100,000 to $180,400, plus a 20% bonus target.
