DutiesLead the development of technical assistance program requirements and the creation of progressive compliance models, including policies, procedures, criteria, and communications requirements.Lead the evaluation of the effectiveness of existing policies and reviews new policy and legislative initiatives for potential impact on programs.Oversee the compliance of issuers and/or Agents and Brokers (ABs) including developing regulations and guidance to ensure entity compliance with CMS program requirements.Engage with key stakeholder groups, and represents CCIIO through meetings, speeches, presentations or other communications, in order to further the Agency's mission.Write and review documents related to program functionality and compliance requirements for issuers and/orAgents and Brokers (ABs). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
