Job Number: R0155989Healthcare Research and Projects Coordinator, SeniorKey Role:Use knowledge to collaborate with decision makers about concept evaluation and needs assessments to provide recommendations and implement change. Impact future research programs by collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate sponsored initiatives and communicate key insights to senior leaders. Collaborate with a cross-functional team supporting Government Program Managers to shape, solicit, procure, and execute complex scientific research and development projects within a government program.Develop or contribute to innovative solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity and apply advanced consulting skills in the areas of strategic planning, program and project management, budgeting and financial execution, document creation, and administrative and logistical coordination. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in authoring technical papers, reports, or program plans for technical and non-technical audiences to present findings and inform decision making across agency levels
  • Experience in supporting government-sponsored research activities across the healthcare landscape or biotechnology industry
  • Ability to explain and present complex scientific concepts to large scale audiences
  • Ability to use systematic approach to actively monitor research developments, clinical best practices, or operational requirements to identify evolving needs and current gaps in healthcare
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:
    • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) in a biomedical or healthcare field including medical services, manufacturing products, insurance, or training to facilitate provision of healthcare
    • Experience in design, implementation, and evaluation of pre-clinical and clinical research in healthcare
    • Knowledge of the Department of Health and Human Services operating divisions such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and the Agency for Health Research and Quality (AHRQ) policies, regulations, and laws
    • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
