Job Title: Adolescent Outpatient TherapistLocation: North Bethesda, MDWork Environment: Teen & Young Adult Outpatient Treatment CenterSchedule: Full Time - Monday to FridayCompensation: $70,000 - $87,000 (Dependent on Licensure / Experience)About the Job:As a therapist at Sandstone Care, you will play a vital role in our mission. You will:Provide high-quality and empathic therapy to individuals and groups, addressing the root causes of adolescent client's substance use and mental health diagnosis.Facilitate engaging and effective 3-hour clinical groups three times a week, covering topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention, and life skills.Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care and achieves their recovery goals.Team Culture, Work Life Balance, and Career GrowthAt Sandstone Care, we believe that your career is more than just your work. Whether you want to learn new techniques, take on new responsibilities, or explore new roles, we'll help you achieve your goals.Qualifications:Education: Minimum of a master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science required (clinical social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field)Training & Experience:Required to be a licensed clinician in the state of Maryland(LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) Provisional Licensed will also be considered (LGPC,LSW,LGMFT)All staff must be CPR Certified prior to their first day of employmentPrevious experience with treating mental health conditions is required;Preferred experience with a treatment facility in residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and/or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.Support for You Personally and ProfessionallyAt Sandstone Care, we deeply value our employees and believe that exceptional care begins with you.
