RN MDS Coordinator: Full TimeResponsibilities Include:The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for updating and maintaining care plans according to state and federal regulations. This person will also need to work with the interdisciplinary team to provide education to the nursing team related to MDS changes or any issues with MDS accuracy.
