Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A hospital-based cancer
center near Alexandria, VAis seeking anInfusion Pharmacy Manager to
support and oversee infusion pharmacy operations. This role
includes both staffing and leadership responsibilities and can be
considered as a contract-to-hire opportunity for the right
candidate. Start Date: ASAP Schedule: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM
4:30 PM Weekend Rotation: None Type: Full-Time | 13weeks
Contract-to-Hire About the Setting Acute care environment with
outpatient infusion operations 380 staffed beds Average daily
census of 350 44 infusion chairs Outpatient pharmacy staffed with
23 pharmacists and 3 technicians No PRN support available EPIC
pharmacy information system Pyxis automation 340B experience not
required Responsibilities Manage outpatient infusion pharmacy
operations Staff as needed while overseeing workflow and
performance Ensure safe and accurate chemo and IV compounding
practices Support regulatory readiness and departmental standards
Collaborate with clinical teams and oncology service areas
Requirements Active Virginia Pharmacist license Strong experience
with IV compounding and chemotherapy Leadership capability in an
outpatient infusion setting Strong communication and operational
