Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) Location: York, PA (1001 S George St, York, PA 17403) Facility: WellSpan York Hospital | Contract Type: Travel (13-week) Start Date: 02/16/2026 Shift: Day, 4x10 hours (07:00 – 17:30) Experience Required: - Minimum 3 years OR experience (2 years post-orientation) - Level I Trauma experience required (Level II >1 yr preferred) - Previous travel experience required Certifications: - BLS required | AHA/ARC only Charting System: EPIC experience preferred Unit Requirements: - Must function independently in all specialties: Robotics (Da Vinci Xi/DV5), Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Thoracic (excluding cardiac/open heart), Trauma - Prefer RNs who can scrub and circulate - Proficiency with robotic general, GYN, thoracic, urology surgeries Patient Ratios: 1:1 for all shifts Patient Age Groups: Neonates to Geriatrics Unit Details: General OR; excludes open heart and neurosurgery Daily Census: 50-60 patients, 18 OR rooms Interdisciplinary Support: IV Teams, PT, RT, Radiology, Pharmacy, Phlebotomy, Rapid Response, Unit Secretary HonorVet Technologies Job ID 31719777.
