Sign-on Bonus Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial
role in delivering personalized nursing care to residents by
employing the nursing process, which includes assessment,
diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position
involves collaboration with residents, their families, and
interdisciplinary team members, including healthcare providers, to
ensure comprehensive care planning and execution. The RN is
expected to demonstrate proficiency in nursing practices and adhere
to age-specific standards relevant to their clinical environment.
Responsibilities encompass all aspects of preventive care, health
maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. The RN will coordinate care,
conduct resident assessments, provide education, and perform
various nursing interventions. In addition, the RN may take on the
role of charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to both licensed
and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring that all actions align
with job descriptions, skill levels, and resident care
requirements. Support and guidance will be provided to ensure safe
and effective care delivery and to address any concerns regarding
care and services. The RN will operate within the guidelines set
forth by the Nurse Practice Act and relevant administrative rules
in their state of practice. Our organization recognizes the Scope
and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as
established by the American Nurses Association as fundamental to
nursing care and professional behavior. Qualifications Graduation
from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred,
including institutions recognized by the Commission on Collegiate
Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in
Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for
Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). A Bachelor’s Degree in
nursing is preferred. Must possess an unencumbered RN license from
the State Board of Nursing in the state where practice occurs, or
hold multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure
Compact (NLC) state. Must obtain and maintain necessary
department-specific competencies and certifications. Benefits Our
