The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in diagnostic imaging, bringing expertise and compassion to patient care at various HCA facilities. As a Float Pool Radiology Tech, you will play a critical role in our mission to deliver top-tier medical services by providing accurate diagnostic information that aids in patient treatment across our diverse network of care centers. Perform routine and complex radiographic examinations using advanced diagnostic imaging techniques. Travel between assigned HCA Healthcare facilities to provide continuous radiological service. Maintain accurate patient records and uphold safety protocols to ensure comprehensive patient care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Adjust and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Provide patient education regarding medical imaging procedures. Proficiency in various radiological imaging modalities such as X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members. Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Capability to maintain high levels of privacy and confidentiality. Valid state radiology technician license.
