Health Pay: $1,920 to $2,080 per week Shift Information: Days - 5
days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About
the Position Pay Rate: $48.00 - $52.00/Hourly. Summary: We are
looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team of
health professionals in providing excellent health care in our
facility. Typically, you'll be working with post-op patients to
help them with recovery. You will be consulting with them to learn
about their current condition and assess their patient evaluations
in order to develop proper treatment plans. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments
for residents. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
that improve mobility, safety, and overall quality of life.
Collaborate closely with an experienced rehab team, nursing staff,
and other healthcare partners. Document services using Net Health
(training available if needed). Support a positive,
resident-centered culture within the therapy department.
Requirements Requirements: 1 - year experience Required, Experience
in senior care, CPR Certification, BLS Certification, Physical
