Physical Therapist Location: Gaithersburg, MD Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,200 to $2,400 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $55.00 - $60.00/Hourly. Summary: This short-term assignment is perfect for a PT who enjoys working with older adults, thrives in a supportive environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact while experiencing patients across skilled nursing, personal care and independent living care settings. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that improve mobility, safety, and overall quality of life. Collaborate closely with an experienced rehab team, nursing staff, and other healthcare partners. Document services using Net Health (training available if needed). Support a positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department. Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year experience Required, BLS Certification, Physical Therapy License.
