help. THE POSITION: The Hospice Nurse provides compassionate,
patient-centered care to individuals at the end of life. This role
focuses on symptom management, emotional support, and improving the
quality of life for both patients and their families. The nurse
works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure
holistic care is delivered in accordance with hospice philosophy.
