Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychotherapist for a contract (1099) position. We are located in NW Houston. The Psychotherapist will provide individual counseling services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and engage clients in therapy sessions tailored to their unique needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive care, and staying up to date on best practices within the mental health field. Qualifications: Strong expertise in Psychology and Counseling techniques Proficiency in Mental Health support and Relationship Counseling Familiarity with the fundamentals of Medicine as it pertains to mental health Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client populations Excellent communication and active listening skills State licensure as a Psychotherapist or eligible to obtain licensure Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience in delivering therapy services in individual, couple, or group settings
