Active Virginia (VA) Physical Therapy license required. If license is pending, include current license status when applying. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. Outpatient rehabilitation experience required. Preferred experience treating orthopedic and spine populations. Experience with EPIC electronic medical record preferred. Ability to follow facility dress code: black scrubs or black shirt with khaki pants; adhere to organization dress policies. Assignment Details Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist. Facility Type: Hospital (Outpatient Physical Therapy department). Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:45; Friday 08:00–11:00 (schedule listed as flexible). Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36. Patient Ratio: 1:1.
