For the role of Remote :: Recruitment Coordinator V. This position is a 6+ month contracts Job Details:Job Role: Recruitment Coordinator VLocation: RemoteDuration: : 6+ Months. (Possibility of extension) Top Skills:

  • Previous administrative experience supporting Human Resources or Recruitment teams strongly preferred.
  • Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates utilizing internal email calendar technology (i.e.Microsoft Outlook) and our video interview platform
  • Complete new hire processes, including offer letters, background verification initiation and tracking and applicant tracking system statusBrief Job Description:
    • Recruitment Coordinator works directly with the Recruitment team and is responsible to
    • Perform an audit on job requisitions that are created by the hiring leader
    • Make candidate and requisition updates in the applicant tracking system appropriately and in a timely manner.
    • Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates utilizing internal email calendar technology (i.e.Microsoft Outlook) and our video interview platform
    • Manage any schedule changes and modify the calendar invites accordingly
    • Email candidate resume (and any other required documents) and interview schedule to the interview team and candidate
    • Create offer letters with accuracy, and without errors for selected candidates
    • Add/Modify all candidate status in the Shared Drive Recruitment Coordinator tracking spreadsheet
    • Communicate directly with candidates and coordinate all related travel arrangements following corporate travel guidelines.(does not apply during COVID - all interviews are via WebEx video)
    • Collect interview feedback forms and attach to the candidate application
    • Complete new hire processes, including offer letters, background verification initiation and tracking and applicant tracking system status
    • Work closely with the recruiter and Onboarding Team to update candidate status in the Applicant Tracking system (Taleo) in a timely manner as defined by the recruitment process
    • Audit the applicant tracking system to ensure all the requisite documentation for the interviewed and selected candidates is complete
    • Create any adhoc reports - RC will not create any reports - this can be removed
    • Provide any additional support during the recruitment process Educational Background Required:
      • Undergraduate or graduate in any fieldExperience and Skills Required:
        • Previous administrative experience supporting Human Resources or Recruitment teams strongly preferred.
        • Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills with global cultural sensitivity
        • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, self-disciplined and able to prioritize workload
        • Excellent organizational and time management skills
        • Highly accountable and strong attention to detail
        • Flexibility to go above and beyond planned tasks in support of the team's success
        • Ability to follow-up and generate reminders in order to effectively meet deadlines and commitments
        • Proven ability to multi task and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines
        • Well-developed prioritization skills with the ability to make informed judgments
        • Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization and to develop strong relationships
        • Proven ability to demonstrate strong sense of urgency and proactive approach to execute any critical tasks
        • Knowledge and experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
        • Energetic with outstanding interpersonal skills
        • Previous ATS exposure preferred (Taleo)
