Our client, a financial investment firm in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a temporary HR Specialist to support their dynamic office!About You:3+ years of HR generalist experience; A Bachelor's Degree is required.Paylocity and Greenhouse ATS/HRIS experience.Proficient in MS Office products.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality; possess excellent communication skills.Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site (3 days/week) at the Bethesda, MD location.The Job:Assist in the development of HR policies; educate employees/managers on policies and procedures.Maintain the HRIS system/records; input employee data, research/resolve problems, and coordinate system upgrades.Assist with employee/manager trainings; conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews.Assist with compensation, payroll, benefit administration, HR administration, etc.Provide support for HR programs including open enrollment, performance management, employee relations, etc.This is a temporary position that pays between $27/hr-$32/hr depending on experience.
