Our client, a facilities services contractor, is looking for a temporary Recruiter to support their team in Bethesda, MD!About You:3+ years of HR recruitment experience (security and service-oriented professionals recruitment experience a major plus).Experience recruiting virtually.Possess good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMs preferred).Organized and detail-oriented with excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to be 100% on-site.The Job:Work with managers to fill vacancies, maintain Vacancy Tracking Logs, and assure vacancies are closed quickly.Screen applicants and manage onboarding processing for candidates.Work with operations managers on recruitment plan for new contracts.Post openings and utilize the Internet for recruitment.Ensure all aspects of onboarding are completed prior to new hires beginning to train.Other duties as assigned.This is a temporary position that pays $28/hr-$30/hr and is slated to last for around 2 weeks (with potential to extend).
