Systems Administrator III Overview

As a Systems Administrator III, you will collaborate with a team
providing second and third-level support, field application, and
hardware calls, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency
of operations of the IT infrastructure, and supporting the
workforce. You will assist in managing and administering the
various cloud technologies. While maintaining a working knowledge
of all hardware and software applications in order to resolve
problems and issues that arise. This position logs all pertinent
information from each call into a call-tracking application
database and records follow-through to resolution. This is a

- Install, administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage the
setup, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of a variety of
operating systems. Perform systems maintenance tasks, such as
system backup, recovery, and file maintenance.
- Schedule, install, and test system software upgrades.

following skills is needed to perform this role: Backup/Recovery,
Email Administration, Licensing Management, Problem Analysis,
Remote Administration, System Administration, System and Console
Operations, System Monitoring, System Testing, Systems
Troubleshooting, Upgrades Management, VPN Administration. You would
need to be proficient in the following: IT Backup Software, IT
Network Software, Network Security Software, and Operating

- 5+ years of proven prior working experience in a related
